It's all pretty

And plain
To see.
A Dad is
More than
A matter of
Biology.
Dad is a man
Who loves me
Hugs me
Kisses me
Holds me
Scolds me
Carries me
Teaches me
Protects me
Praises me
Understands me.
Doesn't matter if
He's short
Or tall,
Fat or thin
Because,
After all
He loves me
And I love him.
